Is the worst yet to come?, in this recessionary economy?.............News item....."Ex-Gang members lay-ed off....CNN, BBC, CBS, IP., Reuters."States cutting budget costs, .... minimum security prisons... letting offenders out.. who are going off grid by the thousands...Is this is the Perfect Storm for a new violent era in the American Stratosphere...Crime will rise and so will prices....
